Daly’s Apartments are owned and run by a small family company with well over 25 years of experience in the accommodations sector.
One of the best reasons to choose Daly’s would have to be our amazing location directly across the road from Athlone Institute of Technology. It is well suited to those needing to travel in to the center of town as well due to the Bus Eireann and Flagline bus services which run from 8am to 6pm daily and collect from right outside the front of the building. The apartments are also conveniently located in terms of traveling to the Blyry Industial estate and the Solas training centre in Garrycastle.
So what are the apartments like?
Apartments range from 2-6 bedroom apartments with each having a shared living room and kitchen facilities. There are a large number of single rooms available some of which are en-suite. There are also many double and twin rooms available which are all en-suite. Every room is outfitted with a desk and wardrobe for each person. T.V. connections and wired broadband connections are also installed in the rooms. Wireless broadband is available but can be unreliable during peak study hours.
Each living room cum kitchen has quality living room furniture and dining facilities to accommodate every tennant in the given apartment. Each apartment also has a T.V. as well as a microwave, cooker, dishwasher fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. Where space allows the washer and dryer have been placed in seperate rooms to minimize noise.
We have two options available for people to avail of when looking to stay with us. As the apartments are primarily a student accommodation we have a pricing structure for the college term and one for the summer months.
Student pricing is from September through until the end of April the following year. Our summer rates then apply for the remaining period of May through August. Our prices for the different room options are detailed in the tables below.
